2. User Account and Registration
2.1. Account Creation
To use our charging services, you must:
Register an account through our mobile application
Provide accurate and complete information
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
2.2. User Responsibilities
Keep your account information up to date
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not share your account with others
3. Charging Services
3.1. Service Availability
G88Energy provides electric vehicle charging services through our network of charging stations. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to:
Station operational status
Scheduled maintenance
Technical issues or force majeure
Network capacity
3.2. Charging Process
Locate an available charging station via the mobile app
Scan the QR code or select the charger in the app
Connect your vehicle to the charging station
Initiate charging through the app
Payment is processed automatically upon completion
3.3. Usage Limitations
Maximum charging session: 4 hours per session
Idle fees may apply after charging completion
We reserve the right to limit session duration during high demand
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1. Pricing Structure
Charging fees are calculated based on:
Energy consumed (kWh)
Charging duration
Station type (standard/fast charging)
Current pricing rates displayed in the app
4.2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards
idram (Armenian payment system)
Account balance/wallet
4.3. Billing and Invoices
Charges are processed immediately after session completion
Electronic receipts are available in the app
Invoices can be downloaded from your account history
4.4. Refunds
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
Service malfunction preventing charging
Incorrect billing due to system error
Other justified circumstances at our discretion
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. User Conduct
5.1. Prohibited Actions
Users must not:
Damage or tamper with charging equipment
Block charging stations when not in use
Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Attempt to bypass payment systems
Share account credentials with others
Reverse engineer or hack our systems
5.2. Safety Requirements
Follow all safety instructions at charging stations
Report any equipment damage or safety concerns immediately
Do not leave vehicles unattended for extended periods
Ensure proper connection before starting charging
